Hey Product Hunt! ๐
We're the team behind Annotix at Native Infotech, and we're thrilled to share it with you today.
The idea came from a frustration we kept running into โ client feedback on WordPress sites was a mess. Long email threads, vague descriptions like "move that button a little to the left", screenshots pasted into WhatsApp, and endless back-and-forth trying to figure out what someone actually meant.
So we built Annotix โ a WordPress plugin that lets your team and clients annotate directly on the live site. Click anywhere to drop a pin, drag to capture a specific area, draw arrows or highlights over it, and leave a comment โ all without leaving the page.
A few things we're especially proud of:
๐ Guest feedback links โ clients don't need a WordPress account to leave feedback
๐งต Threaded replies with @mentions and email digests
๐ฏ Priority levels + assignment so nothing falls through the cracks
โก Lazy-loaded screenshots โ no impact on page speed for regular visitors
It's built for web agencies, freelancers, and small teams who want to stop managing feedback in spreadsheets and inboxes.
We'd love to hear your thoughts โ what features would make this a must-have in your workflow? Happy to answer any questions! ๐

Does Annotix support role based access so clients can comment but not see admin stuff?
@othman_katim Oh yes, youโll get a shareable guest link that allows users to leave feedback directly from the front-end without needing to log in.
Apart from that, there are 2 user roles:
โข Client
โข Developer
Client users have advanced access, while Developers have limited access permissions.
