I was first introduced to Animal Guides in one of my co-founder's meditation classes. At the time I was feeling like the effort I was putting in wasn't leading anywhere. I pulled the Hawk card, which told me to zoom out and look at my life from a thousand-foot view. It made me realize how far I had come and not to lose sight of my end goals.
