Most interview prep is polite. Real panels aren't — they interrupt, they ask "and what if the answer is no?", and they let a silence sit until you fill it badly.
AISIM is a set of voice rooms where an AI panel actually pushes back. You answer out loud, it probes vague claims and cuts off rambles, and at the end you get a scored report telling you which of four things to fix: structure, evidence, handling follow-ups, concision.
Two decisions worth calling out:
Voice, not chat. You have to say it out loud, badly, before you can say it well.
Practice-only. No live coaching in your ear during a real interview. This isn't a cheating tool and won't become one.
