Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Gustavo, the maker of AI Rankings.

The problem. Every week someone asks me "which tool should I use for X?" (video, meeting notes, vibe coding, automating a boring workflow...). The honest answer usually needs an hour of digging through directories with thousands of entries, outdated reviews and lists where you can't tell what was paid for.

What AI Rankings gives you. Pick a task, get a short ranked answer: 4 to 10 tools, why each one is in that spot, the criteria we used and the date we last reviewed it. Today there are 20 tasks and 147 tools, in English and Portuguese (I'm from Brazil, and good answers in Portuguese are hard to find).

The rule we won't break: the ranking is never for sale. We plan to make money from tool makers through cards labeled "Sponsored", outside the numbered list. None are for sale yet. No affiliate links are active yet. When they are, they'll be marked, and they never affect a tool's position. It's all on our "How we make money" page.

Behind the scenes. The site is run by a small team of software agents: they track launches, update prices, draft the rankings and send the weekly newsletter. I review and approve anything that changes a top 3, anything paid, and every rule. Happy to share how that works in the comments.
