What started as a local Python semantic search experiment has evolved into a production-ready SaaS template. My goal was to build a global music aggregator without forcing developers to implement complex OAuth flows or pay for API keys.
Here is how I solved the core technical challenges: 🌍 Multi-Region API Strategy: I bypassed standard public API rate limits using a Promise.allSettled aggregation approach on the frontend. It queries multiple regional iTunes databases simultaneously, ensuring you can find any album globally without authentication drops. ✨ Dynamic UI: The React interface now extracts colors from the currently playing album cover and applies a blurred ambient background glow, creating a premium feel similar to Apple Music. 🤖 Agentic Chat: A built-in Gemini AI assistant understands your context and suggests tracks naturally. 💿 Dynamic Rater: You can search full albums, rate individual tracks, and the system auto-calculates average scores for your library.
The entire stack (React, FastAPI, PyTorch, Pandas) is containerized with Docker, so you can spin it up with a single docker-compose up.
