How does the AI evaluation work under the hood? Is it GPT-4o generating both the questions and the scoring? How accurate is the scoring compared to a real human interviewer?

1. Question generation — the AI selects questions from a curated bank + generates custom ones based on your role, seniority, resume, and target company
2. Answer evaluation — each answer is scored on 4–6 criteria (correctness, completeness, clarity, structure, depth, relevance) — each out of 10
3. Model — Pro uses GPT-4o, Premium uses GPT-5.4 for more nuanced evaluation
Accuracy vs human? We ran an internal test with 50 mock interviews where a human interviewer + AI scored independently. The AI matched the human's overall rating within ±0.8 points on average. It's not perfect — but it's consistent, available 24/7, and never gets tired. We're continuously improving the scoring model!
