AI-Gotchi is a virtual pet that lives in your Telegram. It has a personality powered by an LLM, it remembers what you talk about, and its mood shifts depending on how you treat it. Right now there are three — a cat, a dog, and a robot — all hand-drawn as pixel art on a little retro LCD screen. What I cared about most is that it feels like a creature, not a chatbot in a costume. The memory and moods are the whole point: come back after a few days and it reacts to the gap; neglect it and it sulks. That's the part I'd most love your read on.
