how does the AI agent actually handle follow-ups when a lead replies with something unexpected, does it just stall or is there a fallback to a human?
@emirhan255440 There’s no automatic outbound reply for unexpected messages — only clear intents auto-act (book meeting, generate quote) for everything else a human reviews in Inbox and can use AI draft reply.But I appreciate that's a good suggestion AI can automatically replies

would love to see a built-in WhatsApp and Slack integration for follow-ups and lead alerts, since most of my client conversations happen there and switching tabs to log everything kills the flow.
