So instead of paying for traffic, Ad Swap lets you swap it. Paste one embed — an iframe or a script tag — and once it's confirmed live on your site, you're in the pool: your ad starts showing on everyone else's site, and theirs shows on yours. No money changes hands, no auction, no dashboard full of vanity metrics. A few things I tried to get right: - You only get approved once the embed is actually live — no dead entries sitting in the pool - Ads follow your visitor's light/dark theme automatically - Card or compact pill format, whichever fits your layout better - Free, no account required, just a form It started as just my own side projects filling the pool so it wasn't empty. It's since grown into indie sites and games I've never heard of joining on their own — two more just today. That's the part I'm most excited about. It's a one-person, unfunded project, kept intentionally simple.
