ActionNote turns rambling voice notes into titles, summaries, key points and tasks with reminders. Handles mixed languages mid-sentence, imports WhatsApp voice notes, and answers questions across everything you've captured. Free for 5 notes a month.

Update from launch day: I just submitted version 1.1 to Apple, built over the
last two days partly from feedback in threads like this one. Coming as soon as
review clears:
• Try before signing in. Record and see your first organized note with no
account. The account comes after the app has proven itself.
• Full hands free capture: "Record with ActionNote" starts recording, "Stop
recording in ActionNote" saves and organizes it, even from the lock screen.
• Ask by voice: say "Ask ActionNote" and hear the answer from everything
you've captured.
• A Quick Record widget for the lock screen and home screen.
• Bilingual notes: speak in one language, read in another, flip between both
with one tap.
• Share a note to another ActionNote user and it imports with tasks intact.
What's next after that, in order:
1. Apple Watch capture. Record from your wrist, even with your phone at home.
2. Meeting and lecture mode. Long recordings where notes build while you're
still talking. This is the big one and it's aimed at students and people
recording in person, not another Zoom bot.
3. A Mac app that syncs through your own iCloud, no server, drag audio files
in.
The roadmap genuinely bends based on what people ask for, several of the 1.1
features started as comments from strangers on the internet. So if something
here is in the wrong order for you, tell me why.
