The market reality we're attacking: Restaurant owners today are squeezed from three directions: • QR menu display tools charge $10–20/month per location (or a "free" tier with watermarks and view limits). • Direct-ordering platforms charge €99–129/month forever, or "free" with a 1–3% cut of every order. Even the big "free" player is exiting — GloriaFood retires in April 2027. • Delivery marketplaces take 20–30% commission per order, plus payment fees and "visibility packages." What we built: First, a free tool — the 4Leaf QR Menu Maker. Paste a CSV, get a beautiful mobile menu page + printable QR code. No login, no subscription, no watermark. Live example: fakeitaly.lv Why the math works: A one-time €900 pays for itself in under a year versus a €99/month SaaS — and versus a 25% marketplace commission, in a few weeks of orders.
