Great product! Congratulations team, all the best. Slack integration is very powerful, timely feedback when needed to make things better and improve every individual/team/company's performance, than wait till end of quarter or year. Annual Feedback & Appraisals are DEAD, helps no one and they are too late to fix anything in getting better at work, in-fact they make it worse. Continuous feedback cycles in the context of NOW is the way to go and rightly aggregating this for quarterly/yearly employee development plans/appraisals will make things even better & lot more friendly.

@dashbitla Thanks Dasharatham! Can't agree more with you on this. The way 360Katas is designed makes it impractical for companies to use it for performance appraisal because there's no admin user in 360Katas who can track which users sought feedback and who didn't. Moreover no-one - eg., HR / Manager - can see feedback of others. Only the seeker can see the feedback. By this very design, the respondents know that the seeker is genuinely interested in feedback and hence are motivated to give honest feedback, which is very important when the feedback is to help plan self-development goals. Addtionally, the respondents know that the seeker has taken extra step to anonymise their responses. This encourages honest feedback to flows-in without any hesitation. We hope 360Katas helps everyone as much as it helped us! ✌️

This looks like a great solution. One major challenge w.r.t anonymous feedback is - we can't go back and ask them more details on how they feel we should improve a specific thing or more inputs on the feedback given.
