A friend of mine manages a store, and I developed a shift management app in Japan for businesses that operate multiple locations. The app is primarily designed for the Japanese market, but it supports English, and the time setting can be changed to UTC+9. Of course, I want to continue improving both the user experience and the features, but I’ve been struggling with areas such as communication methods and server environment configuration. Since the app currently has only a small number of users, it is difficult to identify usage patterns and uncover issues, such as unexpected spikes in access. For that reason, I would like to have as many users as possible use the app so that I can test it under a wider range of real-world conditions and identify potential problems.
