Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Zonfig after dealing with config sprawl across env vars, .env files, YAML/JSON configs, and secret managers in multiple Node.js projects. I wanted one place to define config once, get runtime validation + TypeScript types, and still be able to safely commit config files to GitHub — including secrets. Zonfig uses Zod as the schema layer and adds multi-source loading, startup validation, docs, and encryption for sensitive values.
