Zimuer

I built Zimuer because I often watched foreign videos or listened to podcasts where I couldn’t catch every word — and I wanted an effortless way to generate subtitles right on my Mac. During development, I realized most existing tools either require cloud uploads or can’t capture system audio directly. So I focused on making Zimuer lightweight, privacy-friendly, and responsive enough for real-time use. Now, it’s not just a subtitle generator — it’s a tool that helps people understand and learn from any audio content.
