@robjama totally! There is something really good about this format for q/a on mobile. I'm excited for the iterations to continue to come out... Excited to see how they evolve over time

Thanks for the hunt @robjama We’re very exited to share You&A with the Product Hunt community today! You&A is an app that lets you ask Fitness Experts questions and get personal video responses (up to 5 minutes in length). We realized that not many people who work out actually need an expensive personal trainer/online-coach at all times, many a times they just need personal advice on a quick question that they have. There wasn’t a way to seamlessly consult a trainer/expert, so we built a platform to do just that. Think of it as a micro-coaching platform, it is a new and unique approach to online coaching and one that we are very excited for the world to try! Have any fitness related questions? Ask away on You&A, all of our experts are accepting questions for free right now! We would love for you to try it out and let us know what you think.

Fantastic, I was thinking yesterday on where to ask fitness related questions and get a video (not text) response from professionals.

Cool app. Is the purpose behind the video component to show users how to actually do certain exercises? Like form etc..

@r44d Yup! The reason for the video component is two fold on the expert side 1.) To ensure that the person you’re asking the question to is the one answering (A lot of online coaches have their secretaries answer client emails) 2.) As you said, to easily show the right way to perform a exercise if you’re doing it wrong

@r44d Hey Raad, thanks for the question. Yes, the video is for the experts to show you proper technique when necessary. Another reason for the video is to ensure that the advice is coming directly from the expert, which cannot always be guaranteed through text.
