Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built YASP (Yet Another Status Page) because the open-source status page landscape has been stuck in “almost there” mode for years — Cachet 3 is taking longer than GTA 6 to come out 😄. Teams either settle for outdated UIs, limited customization, or hosted tools that don’t fit their needs (or compliance requirements). We wanted a status page that’s modern, flexible, and fully yours. YASP is a self-hosted, open-source status page built with Next.js + Payload CMS. That means you get a proper admin UI, flexible content modeling, and a status page that can actually match your product and workflows — plus essentials like dark/light themes and SMS/email notifications. Our goal is simple: make it easy for teams to communicate incidents clearly, keep users informed, and stay transparent—without adopting yet another heavyweight SaaS. We’d love your feedback: what’s the #1 thing you need from a status page today—design/customization, workflows, integrations, self-hosting, or notifications?
