I started with Postman, then it became bloated. Then I found Insomnia and one day after not using it for long time, all my saved requests were gone and I had to sign up for a cloud version.
Now, I've found Yaak. It's a great HTTP client in the spirit of those that came before. It works well for what I need, and hope it stays the way it is for a long time. It was recently released as open source so that may happen in some form or another.
@jasperketone The plan is to stay simple, and push a lot of the future functionality into plugins (coming soon). This will ensure the core is always easy and fun to use.

Yaak sounds like the ultimate API sidekick! 🚀 With all those features, it's like the Swiss Army knife for modern developers! Who knew calling APIs could be so easy? I can already hear my endpoints saying, "Yay, it’s Yaak time!" 😂 Can't wait to give it a whirl!
