As the co-maker of Y-BOX I add my knowledge and expertise as a Professional Certified Facilitator, working in the area of facilitation for over 24 years. I know what is needed to facilitate a workshop. That is why we complete Y-box with knowledge for facilitators to grow their expertise and with tools for facilitators that they can use in their workshops. That is how Y-BOX becomes a one-stop-shop for facilitators. For knowledge gain, I would like to draw your attention to the 'Facilitator Quiz'. Here is where the competences for facilitators (as used by the International Association of Facilitators) are the key focus. With debate-stimulating statements about the competences, the participants of the quiz are challenged to answer the questions. We have played the quiz many times, and every time it shows that the 'right' answers are food for thought and much debate. And may I draw special attention to the Product Development tool. This tool is a result of over 250 brainstorm sessions I conducted with Unilever innovation teams. The results of ideas generated into those sessions are translated into over 280 cues for your brainstorm or creative session. We offer a unique tool for facilitators because it is made by experiences professional facilitators.

It's a very user friendly tool. I use it for my own company and my team totally loves it! We are mainly using the creative card decks and it helps us to come up with better and innovative idea's. If you are stuck in a project, I would totally recommend using Y-Box to come up with new tactics and strategies :)
