On episode 181 - "Recommended WordPress Caching Plugins" we spoke with Lucy Beer from WP Rocket, a WordPress caching plugin. We also spoke with Jason Cosper of WP Engine which is a premium WordPress web host who uses a fully optimized stack and their own caching to deliver fast WordPress powered websites. - WPwatercooler History - In the summer of 2012, I asked a few of my friends in the WordPress community to start a podcast and meet each week on Google Hangout to record a show about WordPress. I asked Chris Lema and Steve Zehngut about it and with some inspiration from my wife in regards to the name, we created WPwatercooler, a weekly YouTube show and audio podcast all about WordPress. Episode 1 launched on September 24, 2012 where we had Chris Lema, David Jesch, Jon Brown, Jason Tucker, Lucy Beer, Suzette Franck, Stephen P. Kane, Steve Zehngut, Brandon Dove, and Sé Reed on the show. Over time, we fine-tuned the show and found our "regulars" that would co-host the show with me each Monday at 11:00 A.M. Pacific. WPwatercooler has touched on many topics. With over 180 episodes we've talked about all things WordPress. Q4 of 2015 we launched WPblab a WordPress Q&A show answering questions with a live audience using Blab.im. WPwatercooler co-hosts are: Jason Tucker Chris Lema Steve Zehngut Sé Reed Suzette Franck Dave Jesch George Stephanis Russell Aaron
