I built Work Expense after getting fed up with turning piles of receipt photos into presentable expense reports. Work Expense is a simple iOS app that lets you collect receipts and export clean PDF or CSV expense reports with images included. It’s designed for freelancers, contractors, and employees who want fast, professional exports without unnecessary complexity. The core features are free, with optional Pro features for users who need more control. Feedback welcome!
One thing I’m unsure about: do people usually submit expenses as PDFs, CSVs, or both? I built support for both but curious what’s most useful in practice.
From my own use, PDFs seem preferred by finance teams, but CSVs are handy for accountants. Interested if others see the same.
