I'm seeing more text overlay apps appear on Product Hunt lately. It could be in part because people are increasingly realizing the value of adding photos to Twitter and Facebook (it almost always drives more engagement). P.S. VIDEO!

Thanks for the share, Franco! The goal of the app is to let you create graphic designs quickly and easily. Instead of manually laying out your text, the app automatically generates designs and you get to pick the one you like best. My inspiration was to build something that my wife could use - she can definitely tell if a design looks good or not, but she'd never take the time to create one from scratch :) It's been an exciting year for the app, with users creating over a million images. And it was just updated this week with access to over 290,000 completely free images on Pixabay. I'm hoping that'll be a big boon to users that don't have access to good photography. If anyone has any feedback or ways the app can be more useful, I'd love to hear it. Thanks for checking it out!

Gah! Why does iOS always get the apps first, and we Android users have to wait? What are we, chopped liver?

I've got a few different apps of this nature now. Essentially, an app that lets you turn a photo you took into something a little more social media ready by overlaying text. The concept is far from unique. However, of the 3 or 4 I have on my phone, this is the one I use daily because the options are awesome and it produces the best looking results with the least effort.
