Hey Hunters 👋

💡I follow a lot of podcasts and the episodes are often 2-3 hours long. So I created WisdomSnap, a web app that gives you a structured podcast summary with key insights, quotes and applicable habits.

🎧Audio Summaries. Press play and hear the entire recap in 5–7 minutes instead of a 2-hour show.

The endgame is to give you a personal feed of podcasts that you follow, potentially even deliver it to your inbox or via RSS.

💬 Would love to hear your feedback! Please give it a try and let me know what you think — what you love, what could be improved and what you want me to add next!

Special offer for the PH community:

To celebrate the launch, I'm offering a 50% discount on both monthly plans for the first two months! Use the code PHWIS50 at checkout. Coupon valid until September 8th, 2025.

Hope you like it!

PS: I share all my work here.

PPS: My last launch was back in November 2018, so I’m really excited to be back with this new project and share WisdomSnap with you all.

@bardonadam 2-hour podcasts in 7 minutes feels like having podcast superpowers 🎧

Adam Bardoň

@masump I like superpowers! Not all heroes wear capes 😁

Grayson Parker

I love the concept. Does WisdomSnap capture guest quotes exactly as they are or does it only provide summarized insights?

Adam Bardoň

@grayson_parker2 Thanks for checking it out! Some quotes are exactly as they are, some (usually the longer ones) are distilled.

Jude Gray

This is such a smart solution podcasts are fantastic but not everyone has 60–90 minutes to spare. I love that you’re creating structured insights. How do you make sure that the summaries stay true to the host or guest’s original message and don’t lose any important nuances?

Adam Bardoň

@jude_gray thank you Jude! I use a carefully crafted prompt that I've refined dozens of times to ensure the summary accurately captures the essence of the host’s or guest’s original message.

💡 Bright idea

Love this 🙌 Have you thought about letting users share individual quotes? I could totally see myself sharing one key insight from a long episode, which feels like a great way to bring friends who listen to the same show onboard.

Adam Bardoň

@talshyn Thank you, Talshyn! Interesting idea, you mean sharing on social media?

Talshyn Nova

@bardonadam exactly, social media is what I had in mind. It feels like a total win-win: the user looks smart for sharing the insight, and it's a super authentic way to acquire new users.

Adam Bardoň

@talshyn Love it, very neat indeed! Will add it ASAP. Thank you! 🙌

Love this idea! I’ve used AI-based summarizers for articles, but podcasts always felt harder to digest quickly.
How do you ensure the “key takeaways” capture the speaker’s intent without losing nuance?
