I built WholesaleOS because I was honestly tired of how messy wholesaling felt behind the scenes. Every deal I was bouncing between spreadsheets, notes, texts, random docs… and it always turned into the same thing: missed follow-ups, numbers I didn’t trust, and way more chaos than it needed to be. So I made the tool I wish I had — one place to keep my leads organized, run my numbers, track the deal, and move it from “lead” to “closed” without my brain being the CRM.
