Doesn't Intercom already (kindof) do this already with the added benefit that you can communicate 2 way also with users/the team? Is the main offering here that this is a more automated approach?

@jasondainter You are right. The main idea here is the 'setup and forget approach'. Also, we offer you analytics on page views and clicks which helps you understand what your users (not prospects) are finding interesting. We built this to engage our users for https://supportbee.com and it increased the engagement on our blog quite a bit (more views and comments from users).
