I have spent hours on deals only for them to fall apart over 1 simple thing, trust! I have been buying and selling vehicles (mainly jeeps in Ireland) for a number of years and I have found the process very frustrating. I have no clue if someone is authentic, I have no way of verifying them, and they usually want to be paid in cash. At the end of the whole process I still don't know if what I bought, works as advertised. Whatcar was built to solve these problems by making buying & selling vehicles internationally safer and easier. Here’s how we’re approaching it. SAFER: We review every product to check its condition & authenticity. We also require that sellers send in photos of every angle of the exact product they’re selling, so only real products in the specified condition are listed. They must provide us with information on vehicle taxbooks, and services along with verifying their identity. EASIER: We’ve built whatcar around products, not listings. Because of this, users can search for the product they want, and see every listing along with its price and condition. You’ll no longer need to troll through hundreds of listings to find exactly what you want. Once we are more established, we will be able to provide vehicle price estimates and data on previous sales, so you know if you’re paying a fair price. We want people who have no interest in selling, to still display their vehicles on our platform and share their collections. Can’t wait to hear what you’ll think!
