The personalization starts right from your very first session, as long as thereβs enough Apple Health data from your watch over the past ~30 days. One important nuance: if you sleep with your Apple Watch (or Oura) on, that nighttime data helps the algorithm understand your day-to-day shifts better and adapt the analysis to how youβre feeling today.
