I self-funded this for two years through two layoffs. I did not take a salary. I just built.

We have 30 days of hosting left. May 31 is the end.
Our short-term goal is $50,000. That keeps the lights on through alpha and gives us room to breathe. Our full need to hire three people and scale is $390,000 annually. That comes from angel investors. But right now, we just need to survive May 31.
