Web Sequence

A Chrome extension that saves you time drawing diagrams πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’»

Web Sequence is a Chrome extension that saves your time and helps you avoid common mistakes when drawing sequence diagrams. You don't need to drag and drop or resize. Just type in your code (a DSL but like Java and C#) and a diagram is generated for you.

Just added HTTPS support. If you are experience issues, please leave comments.

Hi @mrcoder thanks for sharing with us! I'd love to know when this tool is most useful? I'm not an engineer but would love to understand 😺
Hi @abadesi , this tool is mostly used by developers and technical writers. Sequence diagram is an interaction UML diagram demonstrating process logic. It is very useful to visualise new process (not implemented yet) or legacy code logic.
@mrcoder Oh cool! Nice work then 😎 I'm sure it will help lots of people.
Looks really interesting. Is there non technical guide?
Hi @ebrahimkhalil, this tool is created for people having at least minimum technical background. The markup text is not hard at all if the user know a little bit of any language (e.g. C, Java or C#).
@mrcoder thanks. managed to get a basic diagram done. Yay!
@ebrahimkhalil I am very interested in what you have drawn. Because it works offline, I don't have visibility to what my users are drawing😟 Do you mind sharing the codehere or pm me? And is there any thing I should do to improve it?
Hi Sergio Asenjo, I don't know you. So this is the best way that I can think of communicating to you. I just want to thank you for introducing Web Sequence to Spain. I noticed a lot visitors from Spain and found your article - https://wwwhatsnew.com/2017/10/1... . This is the first time I build a product your help, not just the number of visitors, means a lot to me.
