If you are an enterprise & are shopping for Mobile adoption platform (Android or iOS), then give https://appunfold.com/ a try. We are the only platform to do it seamlessly for native mobile apps. We support InApp guides with contextual help with walkthroughs, overlays, screen tours & helpcenter.

Mobile Developers should definitely checkout http://pointzi.com to get beautiful inApp tours, tips, pop-ups on Android and iOS. All this with triggered Audience targeting and A/B Testing.

We tried several tools @appkind.de - but at least we are using walkme in our Dashboard to show Users how to work in it. It comes with a browser extension, so you're able to do the tutorials on the fly. Other tools have smiliar functions, but our site is responsive and uses kind of technology that other services were not able to handle.

If interactive guides are what you are looking at then give https://whatfix.com/ a try. It's one of the best alternatives to WalkMe and is simpler and user-friendly. Whatfix has a few dedicated widgets alongside the real-time interactive walkthroughs that help with use case like User Onboarding, Internal Training, Solving support tickets, documentation, etc. Oh and the best part, the walkthrough once created is auto-generated to multiple formats like Slideshow, Annotated video, PDF and embedded article.
