We tried several tools @appkind.de - but at least we are using walkme in our Dashboard to show Users how to work in it.
It comes with a browser extension, so you're able to do the tutorials on the fly. Other tools have smiliar functions, but our site is responsive and uses kind of technology that other services were not able to handle.

I'd suggest pendo.io, but then again I'm biased towards them.
On the flip side, I think it's kind of sad that this is a gap in products, as it means the product is not intuitive. That said, users are stupid and I completely understand the need (budgetary limitations aside)

If interactive guides are what you are looking at then give https://whatfix.com/ a try. It's one of the best alternatives to WalkMe and is simpler and user-friendly.
