What's great

Rumi has Meeting Memory which I can talk to and it helps me search through and organize all my meeting notes. I can even ask for things like "Turn my last meeting into a short LinkedIn post" and it does a fantastic job of picking up the right / key details.

They also have a Slack integration, which is very handy since we have a channel that can inform other team mates who want to follow what happened in the meeting automatically by sharing the notes on Slack.

For anyone who has remote teams and spends time in online meetings, I would highly recommend Rumi AI.

What needs improvement

A very minor design suggestion: The fonts on the mobile version of the website could be larger to help older people.

vs Alternatives

Meeting Notetaker for Google Meet

The organization, searchability and actionability of meeting notes is much better in Rumi AI.

Can it create Jira, Linear, or Asana tasks accurately?

I haven't tried those integrations yet.

What's great

Rumi's meeting memory is great, across both your own meetings and public meetings in your business. It takes away the mental load of tracking discussions, actions and receiving additional meeting notes. It's all there to self serve.

We have also implemented a number of Xrays in our business which scours a number of our different platforms eg Slack, Jira, Github to summarise key issues / problems / activities occurring across the business the previous day and delivers a concise summary to my email box every day. Fantastic for efficiency in a fast moving business.

What needs improvement

I'd love Rumi to keep the actual meeting name of the meeting when sending meeting summaries. It has a tendency to make up its own meeting name

Rumi.has been a game changer for Citro (AMP backed Venture). We've been a Rumi.ai user for ~12 months have have watched ht product develop and improve rapidly over this time. Rumi has helped us cut down meeting time, impress our partners with the post-meeting note summaries, and our entire team now operate with perfect memory - never missing a beat, thanks to Rumi's Meeting Memory (very cool ChatGPT like functionality with your organisation entire meeting history being able to be surfaced in synthesised summaries and insights.
