Hi Product Hunt! I'm Otoya Aizawa from Japan. Some of you might remember me from the early days of the web as the producer of "Crimson Room," one of the first room escape games. Now, at 75, I’ve returned to the digital frontline with a new mission. I’m developing the Virtual Protest Protocol (VPP) because I refuse to leave a massive social debt to the next generation. In Japan, young people often feel that protesting is "low cost-performance." VPP changes that by providing a safe, anonymous, and impactful way to raise their voices using 2D avatars. We are currently engaging with the Mozilla Foundation and OTF to protect civic space in the AI era. This is an open-source project, and I’m looking for developers and activists to join us on GitHub.
