Pretty late to the party! 👏 We're living in the time when Telegram groups are used more than Facebook groups, WhatsApp has a mammoth-sized user-base and WeChat/Line dominate the Chinese, Taiwan, Thailand markets.

Is it weird to anyone else that the top selling line of Viber Communities is its support for "up to 1B members"? Who wants to manage a group that large?!

I'm tired of Viber's out-of-touch policies. We created Public Accounts for some of our non-profits, got URLs we shared within our communities for people to join, suddenly, these URLs stopped working, and people were no longer able to even find these communities (we have to invite every member manually). Telegram is much better, everything is self-service, you don't have to "apply", etc. I wanted to integrate Viber Communities with our messaging system, but my application got declined. Using Viber seems like a privilege for select few, not a modern-day service, they don't honor old policies, etc. In general, the investment in Viber for us has been a loss.
