"Looks cool! Does it only work for restaurants in the US?"
@new_user___0122026b532e0346e2662cd
no ! it's working worldwide, we have users from UK, UAE, Middle east and EU.
your solution is available in the us?
@lion_bar_mashiah
for sure is . just try it out via the link https://vibemenu.dev
Is it actually AI or is it only OCR?
@new_user___0122026ad4e4ec8a71c4eaf really AI ! like chatGPT, don't need to do much then writing in natural language
@new_user___0122026ad4e4ec8a71c4eaf it's a real AI vibe coding tool, simplified
this has been such a pain for so many restaurants and breweries that don't have anyone to handle development on hand. easy editing and responsive sizes for mobile are a god send
@devonlastapp we would love to get any feedback you got !
@omersharon Good start so far. But some notes: Your menu UI is coming out of the simulator frame at the top. Menu UI needs more headroom, its getting cut off by device notch.
Looks like easy setup for menu items itself (description editing could use more room since you can only view 13 characters at a time, would allow for misspelling since hard to check). For menu images, I think allowing users a crop tool will keep everything uniform in viewing, also choose between full-width or rounded corners for images so everything's not a block.
Ability to easily change font, colors, button style easily instead of prompting would be a huge quality of life improvement. I've had to design for a bunch of clients like this, and they don't know what they're doing half the time so easy changing fonts or themes/input their branding colors would help.
There's some spacing issues with text, and menu items text seems to get truncated and have to open each item one by one to read it all. For categories, would there be ability to have as separate screens/swipe? or is it all vertical scroll for now?
@devonlastapp Thank you very much for the feedback. everything been noted and we already started improving our solution.
the first things you mention regarding the menu preview UI, is been resolved right now.
@omersharon tried again, looking a lot smoother with the updates!
@devonlastapp Hey I invite you to create a new project, and try the new onboarding process we've design inspired by your ideas.
Sounds super interesting. Would a restaurant owner with no tech background be able to use it too?
@roeiwal5 Absolutely ! it's like speaking - and the magic happens by it's own !
Is the solution been tested in the US?
@roy_greenberg Sure thing, we have more then 100 restaurants owners using the platform in the states
