Business Model Generation has become a core practice in many lean startups (you've all seen the canvases). This follow up goes into much more depth about the most important two chunks of the canvas: Customer segments and value propositions. These are no doubt the trickiest parts of determining a viable business model and this book delves into exercises to help discover and validate these.
