This is a great idea. It'll help customers find web design specialists easier and freelancers find customers easier. I'm sure many people will appreciate this app, and it'll gain popularity. New designers need to try themselves everywhere and look for their first clients wherever possible. Newbies need to build up a portfolio before looking for work in a web design studio or taking expensive orders as a freelancer. It's certainly easier to send job reviews through the app, and it's easier for an employer to see a professional's rating. This reduces the risks for both parties.
