    Pros: 

    Looked like it was going to be great for a startup SAAS app

    Cons: 

    Very poor customer service with very poor response time

    They had no problem taking my money when they ran a special on Appsumo, but when I asked for tech assistance, I never received a response ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

    My best guess is that they must have shut their business.

    They are very customize solution. Amazing Customer Success Team

    Cons: 

    Still early time of the product. They have minor bugs. I believe they can fix it soon!

Product team always request changes on the web design, then most of previous efforts on guides goes to waste. Which makes guides short-lived. Also there is segmentation, targeting, triggers; list goes on. With UserGuiding you can, - Design beautiful walkthroughs and hotspots without writing a single line of code. - Customize all features of your guide from colors to triggers via a user-friendly dashboard. - Design fully interactive guides step-by-step for instant and result-oriented customer support. - Create segments based on user actions and attributes in order to determine which guides will be shown to whom. - Analyze how the product tours are used and how you can improve your product usability more. - Create new users with different authorization levels in order to work more productively. Was actually debating between nickelled, appcues, & inlinemanual... How does Userguiding differentiate from them? What do you mean by "interactive"? Can users actually take action on my web-app while going through the guide? Considering the Growth plan is free for a limited time I will def try it out, BUT pricing based on MAU's can be tricky... a bit contradictory to call it a growth plan and limit it to 5K MAUs... By the way you have a typo on the landing page Here are the best features that makes *emaus* the most powerful, fast and user-friendly platform.

We are working really hard on giving our users the ability to create interactive actionable guide elements (Click & tooltip, mouse move etc.). Some of our works are in beta for now.
