During 15 years of working in brokerage, we kept running into the same problems—slow and inefficient communication, fragmented information, and limited reach. Even in large deals, everything was handled through endless phone calls and emails with incomplete attachments, leading to unnecessary delays, loss of trust, and often the collapse of the deal itself. On top of that, our influence was always geographically limited, and without a scalable solution, we were unable to grow further.
