One of the biggest trends in gaming is the social aspect of it. Social engagement and community interactions has increasingly become a key driver for gamers. This is the foundation of Unigamer, a social media and review platform with more than 10,000 games.

I love the design and the patterns. But how exactly do Studios engage with users? Also, to give you some constructive feedback, I would try to increase some of the fonts in certain areas to make it more readable. Interested to see where this goes.

@jessica_macron Thanks Jess, I see you are into gaming. The way it works for game Developers or Studios or Publishers, is that they can use their Game Profile as if it was a User profile. So if a User writes a Post on the Game studios Game profile, or a review, the studio can start to interact with the user by replying and commenting to user posts, comments and reviews. We are also offering free advertisement right now to incentivise game studios giving us constructive feedback. Thanks for the feedback on the fonts, we actually have this on the roadmap. I'll push it a little bit higher in the prio scala. We have also a Discord to gather further feedback and test new ideas. Let me know if you would like to join. and Thanks again

@ricardo1 I have sent you a contact form on your site. You can send the me the discord invite via email and I will have a look this weekend. Good Luck!

@jessica_macron Done. Thanks :)

When I started building Unigamer, I was trying to thing off the different ways I interact with games. The starting point is when I research games on different platforms based on trends, topics and other filter relevant to me. I felt that it wasn't really easy to find everything I need in one place, and it wasn't easy to talk with other people to get some creativity or insights of a game. The next phase was the in game experience. Some games are complex and I personally tend to look up several sites and youtube videos to find information on Maps or Items that I spent hours to find. Walkthroughs can be helpful, and make playing games very easy and fun, so should finding walkthroughs and hints fast. Finally, I felt it was important to be able to share my experience with my gaming friends on Social media. Wouldn't it be nice to share my experience on one platform on the game profile so that other potential gamers of the title could get some inspiration? That was my foundational assessment before doing primary and secondary research to identify that I wasn't alone.

I love it, the design is very good, well done!

@phelimmajor Thanks for the feedback. We did Usability and Design Patterns by asking 60 Gamers. This is subject to change to wherever the community takes us.

An additional note, we want to offer advertisement on our platform completely for FREE until the end of 2020. The reason is, we want to learn from gaming studios and content creators how they would like to use the platform to maximise their competitive advantage. This goes from Native Ads, Sponsored Games, and other features and functionalities that might be relevant for the community. We have created an open community on Discord if you like to learn more and become part of the community. Everything we built should come directly address community need.
