Unibox

People-centric email client

I'm going to give it a week and see how it sticks. I decided to try Unibox because so much of what I do in gmail is search "from:colleague" to see all their emails. So far, I like Unibox a lot, though the keyboard shortcuts are not as simple/VIMy as gmail.
I really like it, but only after following the instructions for using Unibox with the "Inbox Zero" approach: https://www.uniboxapp.com/faq/or... I finally got fed up with experiencing the same bugs month-after-month with Mailbox for Mac.
Looks nice but it would take a lot for me to switch from Gmail. Do you use it, @maiab?
Please report back and let us know how it goes, Maia!
@maiab @rrhoover I tried using this and it gave me wild anxiety. there is no reaching "inbox zero." Every time you archive an email, it just drops the contact lower in your list, chronologically, to your last communication. It's a nice client, but that concept was just too hard for me to grasp in the week or two that I tried to use it. I'm still using the once-wonderful Sparrow.
