Anuj, I built Unfavinator when Twitter first launched the new profiles and made favorites more visible. Twitter had a three click process to remove each favorite and if you had a lot to remove or a group of clients you were managing with a lot of favorites it could be a real pain.

Not sure I understand why leaving your favorites be as they are is a problem.
