@willimholte : I think that their wording is intentionally misleading. I think I've deciphered it though: The Ultrapak can charge ITSELF in 15 minutes. It can't charge your phone in 15 minutes; it'll charge your phone the same speed as most battery packs (i.e. at 2.1A power).

I have a very limited understanding of the science behind batteries, can someone give me a short answer regarding whether this will totally fry my phone's battery, be somewhat bad in the long run, be totally fine, etc?
