One question: What happens if someone who is staying at my home damages something. How is that taken care of?
In your FAQ, you do say "we can facilitate connections with insurers allowing members can opt for insurance coverage", but are there really insurance companies who have policies for such cases?
If you can cover these and a few similar concerns, nothing is stopping you from an exponential growth.
Also, user support matters, but I trust you guys will do that!
Congrats on the launch! Home swapping is definitely an underrated territory. The main concern that a lot of people have is trust when someone is staying at their home. Anything that you guys do to make it easier to understand if the person is legit (e.g., confirmed social profiles, gov docs verification, etc.)?

Right now, we verify every user before they join on Instagram and LinkedIn.
When they book a home swap, we verify their ID and address.
We hope reviews and insurance coverage will help us get over this chasm.

Members also have the option for us to block out a £400 damage deposit when a swap is booked.
There are, with the rise of Airbnb hosts getting insurance. These companies have also tapped in to the home swapping market allowing people to get additional swap insurance on top of regular house insurance.
