My colleagues and I were regularly pissed off by the fact that most ERP systems are closed, changes and individual customizations are either just not possible at all or only at extremely high costs. And that’s why our system is open and provides an API + you can talk to us and we will actually listen . A friend of mine recently started his own woodworking business, and I was helping him a bit with handling some of the business stuff. Doing this, the problem arose, that there is just no good ERP solution for small businesses and most systems cost so much money, most of the time even upfront, that especially small businesses can’t afford them. ERP + payment fees + especially merchant margins from online retailers such as Amazon are extremely expensive, usually adding up to over 30% of the transaction (I think this is too much for just some simple websites). Our solution is free to get started with many features (supporting small businesses) and later costs only 3% per transaction, so we win when you win. Most ERP systems are old, boring and complicated, the search on Amazon and co is broken, spammed with ads, sponsored products, … … our system is simple, without ads, only quality counts. Our system allows businesses to focus on building great products and services for great people while it takes care of the business stuff. One day I was given the task of updating customer data (for example, if a customer changed their address, I changed it in our system). I started with the letter A and after nine hours of staring at a table I got to …, drum roll: A. And the funny thing is, there are people in all the other companies doing the same thing. If one person changes their address, thousands of other people have to change it in their recordings too, but it would be much easier if it were synchronized automatically ... ... and that's exactly what our system does, automatically.
