I built Tradie Margin after seeing too many trades underquote jobs and slowly burn out. Most quoting software focuses on sending invoices, scheduling, CRM — everything except the actual number behind the quote. But that number is what determines whether a tradie: • Makes money • Breaks even • Or loses profit without realising I spoke to plumbers, sparkies and builders who told me the same thing: They don’t need another $150/month all-in-one system. They just want to know they’re charging properly. So Tradie Margin became a simple “run it through this before you send it” tool.
