I know Gregor, (Tracks Founder) very well. He's the most knowledgeable guy on the whole sales process I've ever met. It's a great app - sales tracking for the rest of us. Is Gregor not on PH?

Tracks looks great! I'd like to know more about the genesis of it. Why did you decide to build it @gregormck ?

@gregoiregilbert I was a Highrise user and we were using a spreadsheet for managing our sales pipeline because the deal functionality in Highrise wasn't what we were looking for. Being fed up with emailing spreadsheets around I built Tracks as a sales pipeline interface that sits on top of the Highrise deal API. It worked well and we had a better sales function as a result, so I made it available to other Highrise users. After the success of the the Highrise plugin it was clear that I simple sales tracking service for small teams and companies like agencies was needed as we were getting asked for a lot of different and the same features and mamy people were saying they find the existing CRMs to complicated. There are a lot of competitors out there for us, but we have always kept the feature set light and provided great support and our non Highrise users seem to really like this. I've just taken on a new business partner who is an awesome designer, so this year is all about shipping a kick ass design and UX, providing even better support and launching V2 of Tracks. Super excited
