Show notes: Sixty percent of people sleep or have slept near their smartphones, and that’s a big problem, Huffington Post co-founder Arianna Huffington says. The solution, she argues in her new book “The Sleep Revolution,” is to gradually ease yourself off of technology before you hit the hay. “You don’t just drop children into bed.
