ToDose

A DOSE effect–based to‑do app guiding 4 tiny actions daily

ToDose is a to-do app built on the DOSE effect that focuses on well‑being instead of efficiency. It invites you to do just 4 tiny, intentional actions each day that help trigger hormones linked to happiness: dopamine (accomplishment), oxytocin (connection), serotonin (mood and self‑worth), and endorphins (energy). The design is deliberately minimal so the question stays simple: did today nudge your happiness a little?

What do you think? …

Hi PH friends! I built ToDose from a simple question: what tiny things can I do today to feel genuinely happier? Instead of chasing efficiency, ToDose is a gentle daily ritual. You do just 4 intentional actions mapped to the DOSE framework: • Dopamine — accomplishment • Oxytocin — connection • Serotonin — mood & self‑worth • Endorphin — energy No endless lists, no pressure—just a nudge toward joy. I’d love to hear which DOSE action resonates most with you and what you’d add for your own ritual.

Congrats on the launch!

How do you balance keeping actions tiny enough to be manageable while still making them meaningful for triggering the DOSE hormones?

@sanskarix I use two checks: is it friction‑free today, and does it have a clear DOSE trigger? Examples: dopamine—finish one micro‑task; oxytocin—send a sincere thank‑you; serotonin—note one proud moment; endorphin—do 5 minute of movement. If it feels too easy with no effect, nudge the intensity up; if it causes delay, scale it down.

@ddiiiik That's really smart! I'd suggest you to create some awesome short-form content around it. I hope you have a good launch!

@sanskarix I'll give it shot, thanks!
