Trying to find the document that your team shared with you a month ago? Can't remember if it's in gmail, Dropbox, Google Drive, or elsewhere? Creating a collection of tabs and sharing it with your team will ensure that every team member has access to the same resource on every new tab page.

Great update. Might replace PH on my new tab and that's a big thing! ;) A few things I have noted while testing: - the invite banner is annoying and spammy - I will use the team feature just for myself because it gives me the ability to create sub-spaces per topic. will you allow sub-spaces in the main "my collections" ? Way more practical than using tags. - will you give the possibility to save a session directly in a collection? - drag and drop from the right column to a collection is not 100% reliable

@raphchabaud you can also use Toby mini. Exactly like Toby, but not on the new tab. Saving sessions in a collection is possible. Turn on "advanced features", then use "Add to collection".
@arthur_camara I switched today from Toby mini (that I barely used) to the full Toby. Let's see if I stick to it !
@raphchabaud That's awesome. I think the full Toby gives a much better experience and results, because you're constantly reminded of keeping your work organized.

Hi PH :) It's been a long time coming - we are extremely excited about releasing Toby for Teams. We're the first tab manager that teams can use to collaborate. We've had the chance to beta test this feature with 20 other companies including IBM, Twitter, New Relic Bazaarvoice, and more. The team's experience allows you to share knowledge or assets that are commonly used by everyone on the team. That could be brand guidelines, sales enablement docs, or even npm library packages. The power comes when all of your team is on Toby. Every new tab will allow them to access resources immediately rather than using search on 5 different products. To create an organization just click the "+" right beside "My Collections". @bennygiang @arthur_camara Toby, please help me with my tabs! I use OneTab but it's hard to manage a 5k saved tabs... It's like an addiction

Toby has been helpful to keep my tabs under control. I now make Toby lists for everything! so great

The Toby folk seem close at hand, eager to understand the issue and fix it or show me how to do what I'm missing.

Super easy for me to share links with my team of technical support engineers, it is great you can rename the links and search for them
