Dear Nathan, We didn't intend for people to think it was a free service, and do mention the paid nature of the app in the app store descriptions. But your point is well taken. Like you, others have been surprised too, and we were reminded that we don't read these full descriptions either. As a consequence, we are going to change our model so everyone gets the first jet lag plan at no cost, giving them a chance to evaluate our service on their next trip. @mickeybc I think it should be freemium as an example of 'spotify' where people could feel how an app could help em for shorter amount of period which would trigger them to buy an app or people who want to use free services (which is not there right now) will be using your app because their needs are enough according to free services.

@mickeybc WOW, thank you for such an immediate action to my feedback. I have recommended to my friends who travel internationally and they must appreciate that they are able to try out the feature before they subscribe.
